The closing ceremonies were on October 30th. You can see the voting results for the yearly awards, along with the full chat log from the ceremony. There's a post with links to all the forum threads discussing Luxtoberfest as it was going on.
All of the event winners, voted award winners, and statistical winners have been collected together as the Luxtoberfest II Award Winners. A total of 78 different people received awards or runner-up ribbons throughout the month, and they all deserve a big congratulations.
It was no coincidence that the closing night of Luxtoberfest also brought out the 100,000th public online game of Lux. Fate was clearly with us. Huzzah for Luxtober!

Luxtoberfest 2004 - A Huge Success

The "Anti-Windows" Promotion
To celebrate Lux becoming available for Microsoft Windows, Sillysoft ran the "Anti-Windows" promotional. (Did you know that Lux used to be a MacOS only game? You do now!) The promotion took place during in May 2004.
