Lux Alliance 1.88 + STEAM release

Lux Alliance version 1.88 is now available for downloading. This version matches the first release on the Steam platform (but without bits that require steam).
Changes include:
- Preference added to Allow Bots To Surrender.
- Player slots are now assigned with odds based on their relative strength.
- Fastest battle speed is faster.
- Linux bugfixes.
- Flash all your owned units.
- Better help popups.
- Language improvements, including better support for Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish and German.
Very shortly from now the game will also be available on steam. Steam has support for async notifications, so we're using that for online turn notifications. Now could be a good time to jump into some online games (I put up a bunch of fresh rooms too).
