Bang howdy!

Come on out Thursday the 29th for your chance to gang up and knock the old Sheriff King off his evil perch. Featuring a new Castles map with an all-versus-one scenario, designed by renowned map-maker Mark Bauer. I will be starting in the role of the Sheriff :smt077

Early games start at: 1pm pacific / 4pm eastern / 8pm London / 9pm Berlin

Later games start at: 6pm pacific / 9pm eastern / 1am London / 2am Berlin

Here's the shiny bling that will be awarded to any winners capable of killing me off:

USA Warzone has an 1 vs. 4 starting scenario. It is fun to play. I think I have only played it once. It was $'s request after a Winner Pick's game. He was USA and I had the West flank. He started off smart and popped everyone elses income on his first move but he missed mine. Long story short, I won. There is not any player, whom I love to kill more than $.

I dared. Twas fun. My LLama brigade kept wandering off and leaving my castle unguarded. Not only did I NOT kill Dustin, but he left rings on my coffee table and refused to use coasters. Also, he shot cannon balls at me. Not the best guest. :panic:

Haven't you been in the game when we beat him? Who took your identity in that game?
But yes, it was really great fun. I would like to see that 1 vs 5 scenaria from time to time! The 1 is the best spot for asshats ;-)

Yes, it was wonderful to be part of the general coup de tat. However I was aching to make the kill myself just once! But YES! We did have some excellent victories. Mark a couple down for the serfs and the working proletariat! :llama :castle

Tonight was great fun! This is what I imagine Lux could be like. Maybe we can get together and do something like this from time to time.

Hi Dustin, thanks for hosting it. It was really great fun (✱ Dustin was eliminated by GFips in round 8 ✱ :-)).

But one question: how was the ranking/scoring here?
Sorry in advance if i should have missed the explanations in the Chat. I think Stelee and others already asked, but i missed the answer (because of time Zone i could only participate in the 1st part)

Based upon distributed bling... He gave awards to full house games where the King was victorious.

Owned 1st
Myself 1st
Millty (although with AFK player so he received second) 2nd
Reign 3rd (short hand games)
Stelee 3rd (short hand games)

edit for spelling (has = house)

:?: me does not understand - please speak in clear words for noob-fips ;-)
(in session 1 George, Llux Llama, Stelee, Pauley and me threw as Team the king from it's throne in a game. then after that game other players were trying to be the king and there were no further tries on Dustin)

Try overthrowing the king in a 3 person game.

Mostly all games in session 1 happened were 5 oder 6 human games as there where many people in the room. Stelee asked several times about the scoring but got no answer ... Then it should have been this way that only 2 people guest cycling in ...
Funny, we finally have a game where FH games are unwanted - lol
Nevertheless congrats to all who got the king! Ist was great fun to legaly asshat him ;-)

I am guessing that after playing a few games, dustin realized it is harder to be king and stay victorious then being a peasant and slaying the king. Consequently, dustin changed the bling distribution to reflect victorious King. Also, I predict, scoring for a peasant kill on the king is somewhat arbitrary in that one peasant might do all the work and a different peasant might get the kill.

my 2 cents.

And yes, killing dustin is almost as much fun as killing $

$, you would enjoy this game play.

Don't misunderstand me - i was speaking of the team, not of the indivual who did finally the kill.
But lets just sum up we all agree killing Dustin (in game for sure) IS fun ;-)

Yea, whirl is basically correct.

I've asked MB to create a new "villager" badge for everyone that killed the king as a villager. So am waiting on that image to be created, and will then award it to players who partook.

I quite enjoyed the vibe of this tourney. I may host another version of it in December or January...

I think we all enjoyed it very much... Thanks, Dustin... And I think hosting another in Dec/Jan would be much welcomed by all the people of Luxtopia.

The villager awards have been added!

You can see them along with all the other awards from this year on the Luxtoberfest 2015 Awards List.
