PM restrictions for new users

I added a restriction to the forums, so that only users who have made 5 or more public posts are able to send PMs. This was done to prevent new users from sending out spam PMs.

Yes you CAN, but you will get permabanned immediately if you DO
( it would be pity too loose you, so no good idea to try
)
I encourage everybody to use the "report-pm" function if you should receive any spams by pm.
Sillysoft and the mods will not tolerate any spams by pm!
