Open letter to The Rogue Monk
This is an open letter to the Rogue Monk.
You and I have never had a beef. I’ve played games with you and you are a fine player, when you choose to play.
My concern is that your continued negative posting is not constructive. For some reason, your obsession with diminishing the game and Dustin personally, has turned you into a bitter, mean troll with a dull axe to grind. Is that the person you really need to be? Please reflect and ask yourself, does that person serve our community, or help entropy to tear it down?
My Mom is a swell 83-year-old gal who I admire. She is known to say, “actions speak louder than words”. At this point, your words are poisonous to this already too small community. Frankly, Dustin has shown you the patience of a Saint, can you forgive him his trespasses as he has forgiven you for yours, and move on with your life?
W.W.J.D?
Sincerely,
P.C.

Seems justified to me.,, if actions speak louder than words. Just saying'.

I agree that RogueMonk's forum presence has become quite trollish. He does have useful things to say sometimes, but they've been drowning out in passive aggressive snarky gifs. Continued trolling will not be tolerated.

Re: Open letter to The Rogue Monk
TSK, RM's forum trolling here has been going on about a year or so and I was just tired and dismayed about it. I felt it was time to call him out and to hopefully get him to reflect on his motives. This does not have anything to do with the TOS thread at all. My trigger to act was RM asking to be a MOD and my reflecting back to last year’s Luxtoberfest awards ceremony when RM made the whole experience so unpleasant that I felt embarrassed for him
and our community.
I fundamentally agree with Dustin's statement that, "he does have useful things to say sometimes" but all the snarky backhanded comments, gifs and such, overwhelm any positive movement forward and do not serve the community. We all make our own choices and in the end are responsible for our actions. RM can choose to part of the solution, or he can choose to be part of the problem. But it was past time for him to learn his choices were becoming an annoyance and bother to others.
Cheers.

If I may add my 2 cents...
Could you send for the hall porter, there appears to be a frog in my bidet.
