Richard Dawson, American actor and game show host.

Secondly,


Eduard Khil, a 60's and 70's singing star, known to many as "Mr. Trololo."

I don't envy the heirs.

These ties are awful. Hazardous waste I guess.

In the background of "Mr. Khil" there is an avatar which reminds me of... clown.

"Khil" wears a medal. What Lux medal did he win?

Mr. Khil, however, was not an American television icon; he was neither a star on television nor an American icon.

Mr. Khil has been more commonly known for a song from the 60's and 70's that today has been used in the same context as a Rickroll. While he originally titled this similar song I Am Glad, 'Cause I'm Finally Returning Back Home (Я очень рад, ведь я, наконец, возвращаюсь домой), Mr. Khil lip-synched his own song with scat-like syllables, resulting in the viral "Trololo" song/video we know today.
