Thursday October 4th, Tournament of Champions for Ladies
12 AM GMT time / 8 PM Eastern time / 5 PM Pacific
This TOC will consist of 1-3 rooms (as needed) with only female Luxers playing, for a period of 1-2 hours. You should show up on time to join in.
The maps played will be Classic Risk, Classic Part Deux, and some 2007 MOTWs. A mix of card and continent settings will be used.
Scoring is as follows (for each game):
8 points for 1st place
5 points for 2nd place
4 points for 3rd place
3 points for 4th place
2 points for 5th place
1 point for 6th place
Each person's score will be calculated as (total points / games) with a minimum of 3 games required. If there is a tie then a tie-breaker match will be played to declare the winning Lady.

Does Dustin not know how sexist it is to have a "ladies" tournament? Is this because we feel they are not as good as the "gentlemen"? or is there a Gentlemen's tournament scheduled as well.
Then again there aren't too many gentlemen in luxworld so maybe Meron playing all on his own would be a bit lonely - I guess at least he would win something.
hummm now I come to think about it how many ladies are there in luxworld? Maybe an amazon tournament or a Boudica tournament would be more appropriate. |
