Saturday 9th - Sunday 10th, Lux TeamPlay Tournament

Time: all weekend

This tournament will consist of 1 or more rooms playing Team games. If you've never played a Team Lux game, look at the TeamPlay page in the wiki.

Scoring is displayed on the Team results page:

Each team needs to play at least 50 games minimum to get a score, which will be the (points/games) average.

You will be assigned to a team when you show up, if you don't have one already. Your team will show beside your name when you do the /u command. Teams are matched up with similar colors in games.

Sometimes a Reaper team will get put in the game. In such a case, it's not bots-first. It's every team for themselves!

Half way on Saturday and we are already at the half point of minimum games.

How about we raise it this year to 100?

Just as a footnote ...

In the future I believe points awarded for bots games need to be diminished somewhat ...

I'd rather see teams earn their place by besting one another ...

I thought this toruney was meant to be played against humans, team RW are playing the system, they play 3 vs 3 bots all the time.

does not look so fair :/

omg, we, SED just play a 3 vs 3bots, and got 7 points for the win!!!

That just seems unfair to people that actually play.

so if we played 30 games with bots and won we'd get 210 points???

Like last year, something should be done about the bot games.

2 vs 2 vs 2 is fine.
3 vs 3 bot games though should not count.

there is one team in particular that has made a killing with the bots.

well my team and i have been using the same tactic and have jumped to second place.

only shows how flawed the 3 vs 3 bot games are

RW are .18 off the lead
10M are .19 off the lead
MFS are .22 off the lead
AND are .36 off the lead

We are all still in this so LET'S GO FTW!

Rome games just take up to long to finish

Fine as long as we're changing rules to certain teams advantage let's make the minimum amount of games to 125. Okay? RW played so many games, we should get some type of advantage.

yes, you are correct, I did complain about the scoring, and was told that this is the way it has been for the past two years, and that I shouldn't complain.
So I decided to roll with it and try to take advantage of it, as other teams were doing,
And now people want to complain about that.

I dont see how anyone can play over 50% of the tourney under one scoring, then think it should be changed to another scoring half way through.

With the current system my team is in first place.

even so i support not counting the 3 vs 3 bot games even if though it brings my team to 3rd place.

How is this changing the rules to my teams advantage?????
