Someone sent me an email today: "All the maps have gone into autofill making it into a version of the game that I don't like to play. Point me toward support please." I thought I would answer his question publicly, so others experiencing the same problem in the future might find an answer by searching the forums.

By "autofill", I assume this customer was referring to a game setup where Lux automatically "fills" the map with colors, armies, etc. In other words, the option to choose countries and place armies, before making any moves, like the original RISK board game, has "disappeared". The fix is very simple. The main window of Lux has a pulldown menu that allows players to select how they want to setup a game. The options there are self-explanatory, and I encourage all new Luxers to experiment with each one, so they can decide which they enjoy most.
