Hey,

I just bought the 4 bundle deal. I've already had (and loved) Lux and Vox for awhile. Ancient Empires Lux works fine. American History Lux isn't working at all. The game opens fine but gets me to the first turn. I can places armies, move and attack but I can't finish a turn. There are no Fortify or Finish Turn buttons. Also, the map pops up in chunks (meaning I have to move my cursor to make the whole map appear). I tried going into the Windows shortcut properties and switching to compatibility mode, 256 colors and 640x480 resolution but nothing has helped. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and have a Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT card. It seems like a video issue to me.

Help, please!

Hi,

I already have Java 7 update 5(64-bit) and JavaFX 2.1.0.

Thanks,
Ken

Ok, then try going into the American History Lux install folder and moving the "jre_private_" folder there into the recycle bin. It may be using that one instead of your updated system java.

That made things worse. Now it won't open at all. I just get a dialog box with a red X and no error message.
