Hey smokers...
I have been able to quit smoking 2 times without ANY problems...
I can post how I did it, it works......No money or gadget, stickers, gum or crazy potions involved...It's just a technique..(which is why I started again the second time, i knew I could stop easy)
Just let me know.....we all need to live longer so we have more time to LUX in our golden years....

I didn't have to quit..i just chose too...it was 3 years in between...
i'll start up again in 3 years if i get the urge |
