October 15th, Historical Map Night!!

8 PM GMT / 4 PM Eastern / 1 PM Pacific

Historical Map Night will consist of 1 or more rooms playing games on maps based on real history.

It will go on for about 3 hours, so OK to show up somewhat late to this event and still join in.

Scoring is as follows (for each game):
8 points for 1st place
5 points for 2nd place
4 points for 3rd place
3 points for 4th place
2 points for 5th place
1 point for 6th place

Each person's score will be calculated as (total points / games) with a minimum of 3 games required. If there is a tie then a tie-breaker match will be played to declare the winner.

I hate to rain on your parade, Snype (I think it's GREAT that you are doing this), but there is no way in Heck you will possibly fit that many games in 4 hours. Even on Classic with 20 second turn times, you only get 4 or 5 games played in an hour... and most of those maps are a lot bigger than Classic.

With a VERY conservative estimate of 15 minutes per game, you have enough maps listed here to last for 8 hours. Perhaps you should consider "Twitch Historical Map night".

I think itll be fine, These are only estimate time frames. Thats why I made sure to say "with in" the first hour or so... I realize some maps will take longer but I got the time. No worries here

Oopsy. The script I gave Snyper for the scores counted a few extra games by mistake, thanks for pointing it out guys. I editing the above results to only account for the history night games. The results are almost the same as before...
