Lux Hosting Help for the Mac OS X firewall

Mac OS X Firewall Instructions
To make sure your firewall allows connections on port 6619 do the following (NOTE: these instructions apply to both Mac OS 10.2 and 10.3, it may be slightly different elsewhere):

Go to the apple menu and select System Preferences...
Go to the Sharing pane
Click on the Firewall tab
If it says 'Firewall Off' then it is not your firewall that is causing the problem. Go back to the hosting page and look at the non-firewall items.
Click the New... button
Select Other from the Port Name popup box
Enter 6619 in the Port Number field
Enter Lux in the description field
Click OK and you are done.
