Windows XP Firewall Instructions
To make sure your firewall allows connections on port 6619 do the following:

Go to the Start menu and select Control Panel (sometimes it is inside of a Settings menu).
Open the Windows Firewall item
If the Windows Firewall is listed as OFF then it is not your firewall that is causing the problem. Go back to the hosting page and look at the non-firewall items.
Make sure that the 'Don't allow exceptions' checkbox is NOT selected.
Click on the Exceptions tab
Click the Add Port... button.
Enter the name as Lux.
Enter the port as 6619.
Select the TCP option.
Click the OK button and you are done.
Back to the main hosting page.
