Located at latitude of 15.25° north and longitude of 145.75° east, about 120 mi north of Guam, Saipan is about 13 mi long and 6 mi wide. It is a popular tourist destination in the Pacific. Starting Scenario: A war has broken out on the island of Saipan as a large group of long staying guest workers and their supporters fight against the local government and the indigenous people of Saipan for their rights to citizenship or a better immigration status. The government denies all their requests and drives the guest workers to a point where they have no other option but to take up arms in their last chance to get their long overdue rights as citizens of Saipan. Will the government win and continue to oppress the nonresident population of Saipan, or will the guest workers win and take control of the island? The fate of the people lies in your hands....
