 | Sapphire Peninsula version 1.4 rated 2.7 (44 votes) by ServalCat | Year 6319. Mars has been terraformed over the last 3000 years and is now ready for human inhabitance. The land area is divided up into countries which quickly fill up with people and technology from Earth.
Year 6368. Saphhire Peninsula, in the northern hemisphere of Mars and over to the east, has asserted itself as the dominant superpower of the planet, under the peaceful and prosperous reign of Borack Ubuma, first Tyglian-Sapphirian president of the country. However, during a visit to the Republic of Hyguilia, a country in the midst of a politically unstable era, he is assassinated and Sapphire Peninsula is set back in the middle of such a glorious era. The Hyguilian-Ghastanian alliance takes advantage of this and launches an attack on the country, landing on the island of New Sardinia and quickly taking the rest of the Tropic Counties and Insterdier Island. The Sapphirian government is forced back into the two main cities of Lionsgate and Meteor, and must try to regain the country through force. The nation's population is divided into multiple factions who set up defensive perimeters along the county borders and duke it out, trying to take more land. To make things even more complicated, the neighbouring country of Tyderia has sent troops into Sapphire Peninsula in an attempt to stave off the enemy but have divided into two factions, with the second trying to take over the country for their own purposes. Can you take control of one of these factions and unite or destroy Sapphire Peninsula for good?

 | Archipelago Tunnels version 2.0 rated 2.6 (64 votes) by yi3artist | A yet undiscovered world of water and small island clusters exists. Primitive inhabitants are in a constant struggle to control all their nearest neighbors, unaware of the thousand other archipelago beyond the horizon.
This particular cluster of islands is linked by underground tunnels as well as an ancient set of six colored tiki totems said to be able transport men across long distances...
There are 6 pairs of small square countries that are outlined in black. Each one has a colored totem emblem next to it. The country next to a red totem connects to the country next to the other red totem. The country next to a yellow totem connects to the country next to the other yellow totem. And so on for green, indigo, white, and gray.
(For best visual effect, set Country Border Width to Thin under the Preferences menu) |

 | Trek version 1.2 rated 2.6 (61 votes) by Jorge | Star Trek Universe RISK! - The Warp zones let you move about the map to the more remote outposts and function as countries. The Bajoran Wormhole can be accessed by all of the surrounding territories (there are no connecting lines) and is the only way to get to the Dominion which is in the Gamma Quadrant. All places names and zones are accurate to Star Trek canon, except for the sector numbers and the Dominion sectors, which I made up. Worlds/planets/phenomena are rectangular, warp zones are circular, the wormhole is a triangle which connects to the other triangle in the Dominion. Each homeworld is worth a one army bonus by itself, and they are all colored grey. Plays great, not too long (46 countries), and will tweak further if anybody has suggestions.
