The Shah has been overthrown and the Ayatollah is now supreme leader of a new Iran. Saddam Hussein and the ruling Iraqi regime fear the revolution will spread to the rest of the Middle East. Saddam also covets the oil rich regions of south and central Iran, knowing that this oil is key to making Iraq the dominate power of the Arab world. Knowing that the Iranian military is in disarray, Saddam is about to launch a massive invasion of Iran. Meanwhile, the Kurds in the North, having long been oppressed, are the target of both Iran and Iraq and now must fight for survival as the cradle of civilization once again erupts into all out war!
