Lux has a log file where it stores any messages (error or otherwise) that it generates. It is useful to look at this file if you are having problems. If you use Windows then you can find the log file inside the Support folder where you installed Lux. Usually this will be at
C:\Program Files\Lux\Support\log.txt
If you use a Macintosh then you can find the log file at
~/Library/Application Support/Lux/log.txt
(The ~ stands for your home folder) This log gets started fresh each time you open Lux. You can also view it by typing /log in a network chat-area.
