Bug in Achievement Tracker?

I think I've noticed a bug in the Achievement tracker. It keeps track of how many games you've started, and how many wins you've earned: Nice, I like that.

However, every time I join a network game that I belong to, in order to make a move or check out what's going on, it adds another game onto my Games Started stat.

That doesn't seem right does it? I'm just continuing a game, not starting a new one.
