i'd like a version or option to run Lux in server mode.
especially if it could run on Linux.
i doesn't even need the GUI so hopefully it would be easy to port that part?

if there was such a version that could be left running and it would manage itself, i'd definitely have a couple of servers running 24/7

i'm often wanting to play and there are no available servers.
i suspect there are many others like me who don't have their macs with the right port open to the net.

a specialized server would solve this problem, as well as the problem of the host killing a game in progress because he/she is going afk or losing.

Also, is there a way to deactivate some 'dead' servers, after a static period of motionless time? Like celli's, he must has gone on vacation and forgot his puter. It's there since a week now.
