Continents outlines and bonuses unclear

It would be great to do a more sophisticated job of "callouts" for continents. On many maps (eg, Middle Earth), it's almost impossible to tell what is a continent and what are the values becaues they all overlap each other. Perhaps a UI that would allow mouseover hilighting of a continent and values (Quartz-like) would be the ticket.
