Provide Alert Mechanism

It'd be great to signal an alert at the end and/or beginning of game. Often come into a game in progress and then switch out to email or something and don't know when new game has started.

There is a siren sound that gets played at the end of every game.

Thanks, that only works if sounds are turned on for all. Perhaps the end game siren could be a separate preference for the other sounds?

Yeah, it is getting to the point where there should probably be checkboxes for every sound, in addition to a quick global 'Mute all sounds' option.
