Hi jesterme,
did you check if your lux registration code is correct ? Each alias can be used only by one registration code.
If the Problem still appears please pm Dustin to check this ...
If someone else should have similar problems please report this immidiatly to Dustin so he can check this.

@Naraku - if you should still have these issues please pm Dustin or send him an email to help you solving the problem.
@Lassley:
usually you can install Lux on multiple Computers. Just download the
demoversion and then register it with you registration Code. If you should have lost your Registration Code, you can get a copy sent to your email by this
link. If you should still have troubles please also pm Dustin.
Sorry for the delayed answer. I am on holiday actually and have only limited Internet access.

@GFips, I just tried that, and it said it sent an email, but I didn't get one. Is there any other way to get the registration code?

Did you Change your email adress? Did you check the spam folder?
If it does not work, please pm Dustin or send him an email so that he can re-send your registration code
