Nor did I. Perhaps some reasonable dream-intel will surface? Or a conscience-striken wolf will confess? Meanwhile, I'm just enjoying these lovely pastures... lunchtime!Lux Llama wrote:...
Also, I did not play cry wolf. How do we know in this early stage who to vote for?

Considering that Omni-mission is 2 spaces away from your current location (Shepards (sic) House) you have just identified yourself as either a llama or a wolf.ratmouse wrote:I want to move to omni -mission to luxtopia because the grass looks so much better
Were we supposed to have received a PM as to our role....? There's nothing yet in my inbox

I thought the sheep could only move 1 space myself. I must have read it wrong too.Lux Llama wrote:I just re-read the instructions. You are right. I could swear that's not what it said before.Owned wrote:Sheep can move two and wolfs + llamas can move three.
Ratmouse must not be considered in suspect because of his panel movement.

Hmmm....I was fairly sure that when I read the rules of the game, sheep = 1 square, wolves = 2 and llamas = 3....The Silken Knot wrote:Hm. n00less was pretty quick to hit the disinformation button... this from the fella who knows the forums inside out? I vote n00less, for now.
And I'm keeping a wary eye on the rest of you bandwagoners...
That being said, I'm just a poor sheep. While I HAVE played these types of games before, I would never make a lie that could be easily be disproved by simple reading of the instructions. Note I never said that ratmouse WAS a wolf; just that he could be a wolf or a llama. Without any information to go on, it seems lludicrous to impugn anyone TSK. Until I hear some more information I will stay mum, but I will move out of the way to LITTLE MARY'S HOUSE where if I get eaten by a wolf, it would narrow down the suspects to those in the adjoining territories. Unless you know where a protective llama is (and I have not heard that any of them have revealed his/herself) I would suggest that innocent sheep spread out to the corners....

It would be just, like, Lludicrous. Smack me with a fish for poor posting. I must have gone into complete shock at the minor slip. (Fortunately you're also clever enough to see through the coming frame!) My vote stays, but just in lieu of anything more sensible to do at the moment. I'm assuming we do have to vote, Shepherd?n00less cluebie wrote: Hmmm....I was fairly sure that when I read the rules of the game, sheep = 1 square, wolves = 2 and llamas = 3....

Yes you do have to cast a vote for who you think is a wolf, once during the day. You may modify the vote if you wish so long as it's done before 10pm est. You may stay where you are at on the map or just move 1 tile if that's what you want to do.
The confusion with the movement rates is that I modified it BEFORE the game started. I thought it would mix things up more if the Llamas and wolves moved the same amount (if they want to)
All rules posted will NOT change or be modified unless there is a really compelling reason for doing so. Otherwise feel free to pm or ask me any questions you have here.

ok has no one else had a dream yet?
Here is mine.
So as I see it the options are:
a. vote for one of the three above. If we miss then we kill a semi-known sheep though or even worse a llama. Then again if we randomly vote we are probably just as likely to kill a llama and less likely to kill a wolf (c. 4/19 wolves).
b. vote for me. This will confirm my dream as true at least but will be an expensive way of doing it I feel and will kill the only two connected sheep we have so far and lose us the named sheep because I have no one to tell who that sheep is yet.
I hope we have another dream out there that we can try and use to remove the unknowns.
Unfortunately I live in the UK and so 10pm EST is 2am for me so I will be going to bed pretty soon after this post at approx. 6pm EST. As a result I have to make a decision based on what I know.
So I will go for option a.
Odelay is the only one of the three to have posted anything but this does not mean much, but his move to the middle makes me suspicious as this gives him better striking ability. I always seem to kill mike. (Why change a habit of a lifetime?) Lantern is a total unknown to me. So I vote Odelay on pretty flimsy evidence I'm afraid but a 1 in 3 chance is better than a 1/4.
p.s. what is the penalty for not voting Naraku? Do you vote for yourself by default? Do 2 non votes send you to the barbers for a shave?
Here is mine.
This makes it very difficult to chose. I have connected with the named sheep and they do not have anything to add to this.Naraku wrote:While sleeping peacefully through the night you have a dream of a wolf dressed as a sheep. Of these 3 one is a wolf; Odelay, Mike, or Lantern. You are also blessed with the knowledge that <name> is a sheep like you through and through. Goodluck and may the spirit of the Llama's be with you.

Not voting doesn't penalize the players in any way. There were also a few dreams sent out last night to the sheeps of my random choice. I will be sending out more dreams randomly (just a simple roll of the percentiles) when night falls over the land. The only penality to not voting is losing your voice in the democratic system.djdee wrote:ok has no one else had a dream yet?

Well....A wolf WOULD want to be closer to the center to have access to as many sheep as possible, so given that Odelay is moving towards the Shepards House and DJ's dream, I too will vote for ODELAY If Odelay is innocent we've got a 50-50 on eliminating a wolf, and if he's a wolf, we've identified 2 guaranteed safe sheep, plus DJ and his known innocent.

OK, then this is good news as combined with DJ's dream, that means we have a 50-50 chance of being right about Odelay, and if he isn't a wolf, then we know that Mike IS a wolf (Or djdee is lying through his canines but that just makes him the next target)Lux Llama wrote:ok
I have had a dream. I have been talking with someone who I know to be a sheep from this dream. I am fairly sure of the following:
Of Soundboy, Precious, and Themrb, one is a wolf. Neither Lantern nor Snypereye is wolf.
