Invested 15 seconds to make sure I could not do this myself, first.
That siad (and if it hasn't been done)...
How about a simple modification of the Classic Risk map so that the ridiculously small countires are puffed up a bit (Iceland, Japan, Madagascar, various Oz, etc....) ???

Have you tried loading the Classic Risk map into the Map Editor? There's a Edit Shapes mode where you can drag the points of countries around to make then bigger or smaller.

Smaug, would your point be that you want "THE" Classic Risk board fixed? The 1.1 version by Bertenshaw that is included with Lux. Not just another mod choice in a long list of plugins.

That is the one I have trouble with on the small countries.
