Here's the Classic Tourney LIVE LEADERBOARD.

Here's the shiny bling that will be awarded to the classic winners:

Here's hoping the CLASSIC tournament room makes for a nice Classic map chase time this weekend...

Sitting on three games is hardly winning. Its manipulating a leaderboard.

Any ol' fool can do that.

I love self deprecating humor... I mean come on ... at least have the decency to play 5 games before quitting with the lead.

5 game squatter

but ... isn't the tourney all weekend? Come play against me Owned, I am sure to hand you a few wins. Small maps and I don't get along.

If you dont like the tournament rules, maybe you could propose a change.

Here is a change I would like to propose to Dustin for consideration in the next tournament: Games with less than 6 human players scored less points, but still counted as 1 whole game for the purpose of taking averages. I would suggest maybe it should count as a fraction of a game so if it is worth 0.8 of the points it counts as 0.8 of a game. The current system means that playing a bot game could disqualify you from winning the tournament, even if you win that game.

Huh? I love the tournament rules. How else would I win anything?

Silly, pickle.

Say a 3-human game is worth 0.6 points. Then if a player won 5 3-human games they would have a perfect score and a player placing 1,1,2 in 6-human games would lose to them. I agree bot games shouldn't hurt you, but the best solution is to only count fh games, however we are not capable of that with our current player base.

Possibly we could discount bot games if the player reaches 3 fh games, then only fh games would count. And if the player doesn't get in fh games then the bot games might count like this: if the game gives 0.6 points now, then make it worth 0.7 games or something like that. So that a player with only bot games couldn't beat someone with fh games if they placed the same. But it wouldn't add up their games as quickly if they are waiting on fh games. :smt102

I had 6.5 points after 4 games, should have sat on it! Scoring systems are what they are, I still had a lot of fun in the games I played. gg all.
