This is what I got when I downloaded Lux on a new office computer earlier today. I used the retrieve reg code link. I updated my registration several times. So I made a new name, 2TSK, which worked. Except that kcf pointed out that 2TSK was showing up as an alias of "Ophelia". I shrugged. But then tonight, I got my own computer back from repairs... tried to get into a game with Tox, as I like to do 'round midnight on special holidays, and....

I think a little help is likely not enough - sounds somehow strange.
Best thing is to contact Dustin/Sillysoft directly to resolve this ...
And: Never give your computer to shady computer stores :-)

I'm not sure why you changed registrations on your computer. If you were always just TSK, it would have always just kept working

Anyway, I re-sent you the TSK reg info, so you should be able to enter that in on any computer you're using and play as TSK
