LUX BOWL WEEKEND IS OCT. 24 - OCT. 25
Overview:
The Lux Bowl will be a capture the flag style Doubles Tournament. It will consist on 1 team from 4 diffrent regions. There is no base amount of players. 1 player is already assigned to each team in each region, The team "Coach" The coaches are some of your moderators, Drifter, Lantern, Mazza and Myself... Your Head Coach SnyperEye.
THE QUALIFIERS:
This event will have no qualifiers! Those who signed up makes the team for that region.
THE SEASON:
Each region will play all the other regions 2 times. Once on Sat Oct. 24th and once again on Sunday Oct. 25th. Thats 6 games total for each region. Each member of the team with the exception of the Coaches must play in a minimum of 1 game to qaulify for any rewards. The 2 teams with the highest scores will compete in the Lux Bowl for the Championship.
THE LUX BOWL:
The Lux Bowl will be held right after the Season games on Sunday Oct. 25th. The 2 teams with the highest scores will compete for the championship.
GAMEPLAY:
At the start your team will be assigned either Offense or Defense The objective is still the same for both sides which is to be the first to your touchdown. The first two rounds are strictly PLACEMENT rounds. These rounds will be known as the DOWN & SET rounds. Each player will strategically place their troops on the field to better there odds at getting to the touchdown and at the same time prevent the other team from reaching their touchdown before you. The start of the 3rd round also known as the HIKE round will be when you can put your gameplay in action and get to the touchdown. Each team is awarded 1 "BLITZ" per game. This allows the defensive team to start attacking on the 2 round instead of the 3rd. The game will be played in 4 quarters in the event of a tie one OT round will be given to decide the winner.
