Now the Germans are poised to launch the largest invasion in history on the unsuspecting Stalin. Meanwhile France and England are earnestly trying to rearm in preparation for the upcoming battle. The U.S. remains tragically unprepared as the Italians join Hitler in an attempt to control the continent. The dotted lines are NOT lines of attack, but sea zone borders. Sea zones can attack any adjacent sea zone or coastal territory. Any coastal territory can attack any adjacent sea zone.
